  • Visit a minimum of 4 prospective customers daily to introduce Délifrance
  • Develop the business with individual hotels, restaurants, coffee shops
  • Be the focal contact person for all technical/baking related issues
  • Support the TC Manager APAC and Export Manager in key account presentations, demos, tastings
  • Maintain, translate, and update tools to increase product knowledge and improve product usage at the distributors and customers level (SOP, etc.)
  • Develop training programs for distributors and customers
  • List major customers complaints and elaborate best practice guidebook to solve the main issues
  • Train the distributors’ sales force to use Délifrance products (product knowledge, baking, etc.) on-site, or liaise with Delifrance APAC staff when required (factory, local sales teams)
  • Visit hotels and restaurants to assist the staff in daily operations
  • Assist distributors in products presentations events (tasting events, fairs & exhibitions, roadshows, etc.)
  • Assist distributors in project development & follow-up to ease the information flow between all the stakeholders

Requirements

  • Sales experience in the HORECA market and/or modern trade market is an advantage
  • Sales experience in frozen bakery is an advantage
  • Spoken and written English (French is an advantage but not a must)
  • Living in Ho Chi Minh
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
