Mô Tả Công Việc
  •  Execute the targeted customer communication: offer, targeting, scheduling, content, tracking, reporting.
  •  Develop strong engagement of customer for Auchan Brand on social network as: Facebook, Zalo, Instagram…with contribution from Brand team
  •  Prepare e-newsletter for ad-hoc or planned communication activities.
  •  Monitor the customer community on social network to capture key topics, trend behaviors (products, hobbies, services…), keywords about Auchan.
  •  Execute and monitor animation on digital platform: scheduling, content, tracking, reporting.
  •  Execute successful Electronic Direct Mail (eDM) campaigns those positively impact the customer journey, through the use of segmented data.
  •  Project execution all campaigns (in-store and digital) from beginning to end ensuring all are delivered on time and within budget.
  •  Reporting on campaign results and highlight key advantages and pain-points.
  •  Post campaign analysis and recommendation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University graduated from Marketing, Economics.
  • 03 to 05 year experience in retail, digital marketing agency, services industry.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing: trendy content, target audience behavior…
  • Good understanding of social network marketing in all platforms and their potential and limitations.
  • Good knowledge of marketing and communications and the role of omni-channels and measurements.
  • Knowledge of Loyalty Member Program: retail, hospitality, service
  • English or French is a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Good analysis and reporting skills for ad-hoc and ongoing campaign enhancement
  • Very strong customer orientation
