  • Coordinate & support sales of Americas to grow the business effectively.
  • Integrate sales department/sales operation/Int’l finance/Int’l marketing/logistic for effective work
  • Reinforce with sales department to concrete business development.
  • Sales contract/Packing list/Invoice/MOU/DA establishment.
  • Follow up orders/consolidate orders – cooperation with sales operation/Logistics
  • Follow up correct implementation of Pricing and commercial policy.
  • Follow up sales Incentives vs Target.
  • Follow up sales evolution vs Target.
  • Coordinate with sales operation department to provide the rolling sales forecast.
  • Follow up sales target evolution vs target
  • Follow up trade marketing/promotional activities/project provided by management.
  • Summarize the sales report Vs. target of sales to make general report for management.

Requirements

  • Overall weekly/monthly/yearly report to be evaluated the sales trend to faciliate management team to launch appropriate business strategy.
  • Ensure all documents such as SC, Invoice, packing list and relevant documents are accuracy.
  • Provide any information relating to distributors of Americas to support business development in time.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operation to claim all kind of incentive, marketing fee & yearly bonus without delay.
  • Ensure SC follow to Incoterm 2010 and Purchase Agreement for Key Account are in conformity to company’s policy.
