- Company is representing many international top suppliers with many expanding opportunities.
- Participating on an important stage of breakthrough growth and equitization of the company
- Setup and implyment company’s sales strategy & meet sales target In charge of the key customers accounts in the whole Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia
- Manage sales and marketing team, provide training and evaluate them using BSC
- In charge of marketing, can take part of business development projects depending of abilities and availabilities
- Possibilities to conduct change, implement new ideas, set up new system, brands, etc..
- Reports to GM
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred)
- English proficiency with experience of working with foreigners.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sale Management level, preferably in newly set-up organisation or experience in new market s opening or new brands introduction.
- Excellent in business plan, market assessment, product strategy and roadmaps, development planning and management.
- Exceptional customer interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, with good numeracy and literacy.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadline.
