  • Constantly keep track sale performance at country, regional and store level.
  • Analyze the performance in depth. Identify the causes of increasing and decreasing sale for each store. Based on that, proactively and promptly work with the management team to stabilize the sale in the case of decreasing sale.
  • The main objective is to maintain sale performance for each single store.
  • In this planning, Sales & Marketing Director needs to work with the heads of merchandising departments in order to develop a master plan for both sale and marketing campaign. The plan should include both annual and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Implement the plan, monitor and measure the result for each month and quarter.
  • Quickly adapt to make sure the goals will be achieved.
  • Work with the top management to identify and prioritize some specific provinces or regions that the company needs to increase the market share.
  • Analyze thoroughly local competitors for those markets and identify opportunities to strengthen the company position at those market.
  • Develop a robust plan in order to meet market share objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Experiences in Sale related positions or equivalent is required.
  • Currently, holding at least regional manager or director position.
  • Bachelor degree or higher from top-tier institutions.
  • Exceptional in creativity, strategical thinking, planning and execution.
  • Determined and committed to the success of the organization.
