  • Develop a sales plan for all brands with: marketing strategies, customer demographic analysis, sales forecasts, and growth strategies. The sales plan will also examine pricing structure, revenue goals, sales locations, customer retention strategies, advertising avenues, and sales team activities.
  • Forecasts demand/ propose sales programs in year.
  • Update & analyse Market information & Competitors information.
  • Create and distribute sales forecasts to the other departments (product, merchandise, warehouse..)
  • Manage sales and work with marketing team, vendor to manage promotional events.
  • Develop relationships with key customers.
  • Analyze market trends to identify which kinds of product will be popular in the future.
  • Control/ supervise / in charge of sales staffs daily activities in Sales & Marketing.
  • Present sales and marketing reports to upper management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • At least 5 years of experience working at the same position.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
