  • Responsible for the achievement of volume, financials and in-market execution targets of South Mekong
  • Recommend: OBPPC and pricing initiatives, new outlets to be penetrated/converted, coolers, new channels to be penetrated / converted  Set budgets for DME, CAPEX (coolers), OPEX
  • Assess current business situation and identify issues, develop trade programs to bridge the gaps and achieve targets
  • Set sales target & Cascade the programs to Sales, MEPs and cross-functional teams to ensure execution
  • Recommend pricing initiatives which leads to revenue growth. Lead pilots to test revenue growth opportunities
  • Set the Rolling Estimate for each period
  • Lead the Route to market deployment within Region


  • University / Bachelor’s degree is required
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Trade MKT Manager in FMCG, experience in Strategic Planning is a plus
  • Skill: Business analysis skill, Negotiation / Alignment, Financial –basis, English and strong leadership
