  • Identifying the sales opportunities
  • Conducting sales call and customer’s visits according to the set for territory in order to generate sales volumes, revenues through, conversion, retention and penetration
  • Handling customer complaints and enquiries
  • Following up the services failure issues
  • Encouraging the customer to use the Customer Automation (CA), installing and training the CA usage
  • Co-ordinating with other departments in hanlding services failure, billing issues
  • An understanding of local business environment is priority
  • An understanding of inter-country customs issues


  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Good Selling and Negotiation Skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dynamic; aggressive and dedicated personality
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge in MS Office
