- Carry out admin work related to sales to internal & external customers.
- Assist Sales department in preparing contracts, quotations, etc. Receive and fill telephone orders for vehicle.
- Assist Sales department in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customers’ satisfaction.
- Take inventory of stock.
- Ensure proper documentation at all times and maintaining accurate records
- Verify customer credit status,
- Assure a timely Job No opening, closing and invoicing,
- Issuing Pro- forma invoices, Invoicing (internally)
- Report to Senior Country Sales Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 01 year of experience thereof.
- Graduated from school, college or university with relevant faculty
- Courteous and patient, pleasant voice,
- Good English communication,
- Good listening skills.
- Internal: Concerned colleagues in company
- External: Suppliers, vendors…
