  • Marketing Specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas. This position should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. Be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
  • Responsible for effectiveness/profitability of all marketing activities through ROI evaluation
  • Monitor the sales result in order to having a proper/prompt action on sales status/performance
  • Identify trends and insights through market research results/findings
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns/activities
  • Design and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, print ads, TVC etc.)
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Liaise with internal teams (research, graphic and web design…) and external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
  • Collaborate with other functions to coordinate brand/product awareness and marketing efforts
  • Evaluate and optimize spend and performance based on the customer’s reaction
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Initiates and recommends new marketing and communication ideas and tactics to strengthen the brand equity/awareness
  • Monitors and evaluates brand performance/brand health to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity and brand awareness.
  • Monitors and updates the marketing budget’s expenditure.
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
  • Direct Line: Head of Marketing and PR
  • Internal customers: Sales Department, Product Management team, Business Development team, Sales Training team, CRM team
  • External customers: Mass and Upper-mass customers eligible for consumer/cash loan

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • University Degree with Marketing, Communication or equivalent
  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role in a FMCG company
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  •  Excellent writing and editing skills/Verbal communications skills
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM)
  •  Experience working with outside resources, particularly market intelligent, advertising and event agencies.
  • Experience having worked with cross-functional departments
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Detailed oriented and enable to work under the pressure
  • Be responsible to organize and complete assigned tasks on time without compromising quality of result on multiple projects and activities
  • High initiative, proactive and adaptive flexibility
