- Nurture and enhance Lúave brand awareness by setting marketing strategy and plan in collaboration with location leadership and business development effort.
- Lead digital marketing efforts to drive revenue and traffic, in innovative ways that grow the brand and business year over year.
- Help location leaders to set priorities that advance the marketing agenda.
- Plan, implement and track marketing activities. Allocate resources, assess impact, and have primary accountability for driving marketing efforts.
- Develops and guides media relations strategy. Has full understanding of public relations and a consistent track record of achieving public relations objectives.
- Create and shape, manage field marketing and media opportunities, steward Lúave brand while navigating these opportunities.
- Initiate and lead alliances with relevant industry groups, key opinion formers, key forums and other stakeholder groups
- Contribute to business development effort where marketing and communication skills are called for.
- Monitor marketing activities of competitors within the industry.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing or brand communication consulting or digital strategy or in-house role.
- Fully understanding of F&B market.
- Have a sophisticated understanding and a proven track record of how to use brand, marketing and communication as tools to make new markets, create and sustain relevant social and in-person networks.
- Be an articulate, accurate, and timely communicator.
- Have the ability to build and sustain momentum, and keep an eye on the big picture while managing the details.
