  • Build launching strategy for new brands
  • Figure out the Marketing program to develop brand health and support sales execution
  • Develop and position current and new Brand.
  • Plan the activations that convey the brand values to consumers
  • Plan the consumer activation or promotions to build brand connection with consumers.
  • Discover consumer insights, needs, and demands.
  • Plan and allocate budget
  • Work closely with Brand Principals to develop localized campaigns and follow-through on the rollout, implementation and monitoring of all campaigns.
  • Oversee the Trade Marketing strategy and implementation across all channels.
  • Manage and oversee creative team to ensure deliver POSM, materials following brand Guideline and MKT strategy.
  • Overall responsibility for the Sales targets by brands.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Minimum 05 – 07 years of working in FMCG companies with the relevant position.
  • Marketing, branding and event management knowledge and experience (including planning & training).
  • Effective planning and implementation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadline and work well under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • High level communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in a challenging environment.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Confident, proactive, problem solver.
  • Must have a dynamic personality and good interpersonal skills, “out of the box” thinker.
  • Must love kids & must love toys.
  • External appearance is also a criteria.
