- Build launching strategy for new brands
- Figure out the Marketing program to develop brand health and support sales execution
- Develop and position current and new Brand.
- Plan the activations that convey the brand values to consumers
- Plan the consumer activation or promotions to build brand connection with consumers.
- Discover consumer insights, needs, and demands.
- Plan and allocate budget
- Work closely with Brand Principals to develop localized campaigns and follow-through on the rollout, implementation and monitoring of all campaigns.
- Oversee the Trade Marketing strategy and implementation across all channels.
- Manage and oversee creative team to ensure deliver POSM, materials following brand Guideline and MKT strategy.
- Overall responsibility for the Sales targets by brands.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business.
- Minimum 05 – 07 years of working in FMCG companies with the relevant position.
- Marketing, branding and event management knowledge and experience (including planning & training).
- Effective planning and implementation skills.
- Ability to meet deadline and work well under pressure.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- High level communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in a challenging environment.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Confident, proactive, problem solver.
- Must have a dynamic personality and good interpersonal skills, “out of the box” thinker.
- Must love kids & must love toys.
- External appearance is also a criteria.
