  • Contribute to the destination growth by generating, driving & delivering the destination strategy through, innovative sales support, partnership, events and the entire activation plan development. Lead, coach and develop the marketing team.


  • Define the destination strategy, in accordance with the international marketing objectives, by identifying drivers for growth, potential for new consumers acquisition for all markets
  • Present and get approval on the strategy and the action plan proposal from senior management by presenting, influencing and networking with relevant departments
  • Drive gap analysis of the destination by identifying new products needs and/or distribution opportunities
  • Activate the destination and launches strategy, both online and offline, working with all departments which could be involved.
  • Generate innovative ideas to launch products and encourage innovative thinking in the destination marketing team
  • Create and permanently adapt, offline and online marketing tools supporting the product launches
  • Ensure operational excellence for the product launches in regards to timing and in collaboration with the production and sales departments.
  • Ensure markets operational excellence by sharing information and best practice and following up the execution at market level
  • Understand and integrate in any proposed action a full understanding of consumers behaviours in different markets
  • Exploring markets trends and competitiors strategies to gain competitive advantage
  • To recruit manage, coach and motivate the marketing team by being able to prioritize their workload and offer ongoing development opportunities
  • Responsible for maintaining the brand values of Easia Travel.
  • To perform other related duties as assigned or requested

  • Specific knowledge:  You will be offered intensive training with inspection trips in destinations which makes you confident with the knowledge & real experience to consultant more effectively to customers.
  • Skills: In low seasons, along with English course annually, several skills training courses are organized to make you have opportunity to practice & self – improve abilities.
