  • Lead the Trade Marketing Plan to capture the growth drivers – drive volume shipment and volume offtake at outlets.
  • Master in Category Management and has strong experience in Planogram management, Develop the Channel Plan, Trade Category Plan to meet the business requirements
  • Align among team to get all compromise and commitment for common KPIs, project timeline and lead the conversation cross functional teams and customers.
  • Work closely with GT Sales Team, National Key Account Team and provide the best proposal, ideas and good plan for customer to drive both the offtake and shipment
  • Drive the business objective by leveraging strong Trade concept ideas and effective cost
  • Deploy smartly the execution instore and right time, right place.
  • Strong control for daily operation, manage sales ad-hoc, customer requests to provide the best customer service
  • Good planning and control the budget. POSM inventory and installation at market.
  • Organize well the process, sales circle meeting, demand planning meeting, system alignment meeting
  • Evaluate the promotional program, ROI, review KPIs
  • Lead HRC channel with Play to Win spirit.

Requirements

  • Good English ability in both writing and speaking
  • Strong analytical, communication, innovation, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Ability to influence / motivate and work with teams
  • Develop Channel Activation plans in line with the Business Plans
  • Coordinate with Regional Sales and Marketing teams to execute Channel Plans
  • Manage the Channel Activation budgets, with monthly quarterly reviews.
