- Responsible for marketing, brands and communication business development support for Global markets Accounts (ie: US, Australia, ASPAC …).
- Identify and develop marketing know-how and ideas in order support to support our brand
- To be the brand ambassador of TNI and bring the branding to a higher level, No.1 coffee in the region.
- Meet and exceed KPI.
- Close working relationship with PR department to develop strategic marketing plans for new and current market penetration programs and to support sales, brand presence and higher brand recall rates.
- Build good understanding of consumer needs and trends in order to develop products suitable for target the right markets sales channels segments…
- Maintain existing marketing SOP and build a strong relationship with our distributors to further enhance sales growth.
- To be the innovative brand leader in the market for others to follow
- Achieving and exceed Marketing KPIs set by management
- Achieve high brand recall rates
- Supporting sales and their customers on all markets to create excellent product/brand distribution.
- At least 2-3 years of Marketing Experience preferably in FMCG industry
- Good English skill
- Able to travel
- Able to start immediately is a plus
