  • Support to Marketing Manager to collect data/information in order to conduct the market researches yearly, such as: the market overview, consumer behavior, competitors’ activities…ect..
  • Support to develop the annual Marketing Strategy for Retail Stores.
  • Implement Marketing activities as strategy for our retail chains including various activities (TV, Print, Digital, Media…).
  • Coordinate with Event/Activation. Media team or 3rd party, agency to organize execution and manage the events/ campaigns timeline as plan within approved budget.
  • Daily execution and deadline management.
  • In-charge in paper works of Marketing Team and some assigned tasks.
  • Summary campaign results and report to Marketing manager.
  • Coordinate with each Toy /Pre-schools Brand Managers to promote and maintain each brands (image, merchandising, sales volume) within our retail networks as Assignment of Marketing manager.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Retail Operation team for annual marketing plan and events as well as maintain high standard for visual merchandising, customer service, membership programs…
  • Build and develop strong relationship with other partners including tiNiWorld, hospitals, F&B corporates, FMCG corporates for barter deal/ co-marketing programs.
  • Support to manage and develop Ecommerce site.
  • Visit retail store frequently to get understanding of customer’s demand and feedback, analyze and keep track on new trend of market.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working in retail or store chains company or multinational Digital agency.
  • Have experience in Ecommerce development is plus.
  • Digital marketing, branding and event management knowledge and experience.
  • Have a good Moms insight or good experiences on Woman brands is an advantage.
  • Effective planning and implementation skills.
  • •Result driven and timeline management. Hard working, carefulness and honesty.
  • High level communication skills, including the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in a challenging environment.
  • Must proactive and have a dynamic personality and good interpersonal skills, “out of the box” thinker. On updating of new trends of Brand Communication.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
  • Must love kids & must love toys.
  • External appearance is also a criteria
