  • Manage namely following areas:
  • Manage sale agent and sale network across Vietnam
  • Set up policies for sale agent that enhances thoroughly sale network
  • Create and implement sale plan and motivation plan
  • Follow process of project run out
  • Providing of support services for company partners and sales employees.
  • Cooperate with trainer in training new sale agent
  • Supports regional back offices and providing of methodological support.
  • Proactively suggest improvement in operational process and provides their implementation
  • Takes part in Sales Group Operation and supports sharing and implementation of best practices within group
  • Supports new development projects (new products, processes, systems etc.) and group-wide initiatives

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor degree in finance
  • At least 5 years experiences in consumer finance
  • Fluent English and knowledge in CF market
  • Sales Networking Management skill
