  • Planning for short and long term for key customer channels (Key Accounts – Distributor – HORECA) match with Strategy of company & target received
  • Execute business plan, Report (weekly, monthly…)
  • To do research on sales programs, commercial support program
  • Analyze market & competitors conditions to build strategies, competitive tactics in the key customer channel
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy for key customer
  • Improving cost control by reduce the return of key customer channel
