  • Arrange working schedule, available resources and control workflow to make sure:
  • All proposals & request of supplemental information are checked on admin side promptly and accurately to deliver to UW.
  • All proposals that meet requirement of jet issue are checked on admin side accurately, thoroughly and issue as TAT.
  • All NB & UW letters are processed promptly and accurately.
  • All new memos/guidelines related to work are update to all team members and are accurately implemented.
  • Provide guidance, training and coaching staff to minimize mistakes and increasing productivity of NB team.
  • Daily reports related to assigned tasks.
  • Supervise NB&UW Support team to follow up pending proposals effectively.
  • Assist to Head of NB to monitor all NB process smoothly and carry out system issues related to NB transactions.
  • Recommend to Head of NB good initiatives in improving the tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Participates actively in development of NB procedure/special project effectively and timely. Support change implementation initiatives if any. Ensure that such changes and best practice are fully communicated to and understood by all team members
  • Other related duties requested by Head of NB.

Requirements

  • Diploma: Bachelor Degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years experience in administration or service sector and in managing staff.
  • Skill: Good communication, Supervisory skill, customer service, time management, team work and interpersonal skill.
  • Knowledge: Computer literacy, Life Insurance or Accounting is preferable, Basic English

Internal interface:

  • Report directly to Head of NB
  • Co- ordinate with other sections of OP to process daily activities.

External interface:

  • Policy Owner.
  • Customer Service team, IT and sale force.

CHALLENGES

  • High expectation of service quality from customers and agents that require to be flexible on problem solving, understanding the situation to propose a win-win solution between customers, agents and company.
  • Company procedures/regulations change frequently to adapt business needs that require to update regularly to give the right answers for any questions.
  • Confronting challenged objectives, pressure period. Arrange the working shifts/compensation leaves schedule within the team as well as to motivate team members to have strong commitment to achieve common goals.
