  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the development of Haribo, Loacker, Walkers brands, and other ad-hoc projects
  • To develop and implementation marketing and promotion plan for the assigned brands/products to achieve the annual targets, as agreed with Marketing Manager
  • Forecast volume and Value for the assigned brands and get agreed with Marketing Manager
  • Manage PR with related departments
  • To manage and track A&P funds to be within the marketing budget, as agreed with Marketing Manager
  • To monitor and analyze sell- out and sell- in data per region/team to ensure the smooth implementation and successful execution of brand programs, recommend programs for growth and development
  • To work side-by-side with Sales Department in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tool
  • Liaison with brand principles to recommend/follow up/implement agreed activities
  • To contact with suppliers for getting quotation, mock-up and to manage POSM quantity

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 4 years experience, and 1-2 years as ABM position in FMCG company, prefer in Confectionery field.
  • Brand building & marketing operation activities (sampling, planogram standards…), and Trade marketing
  • Good command of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good command of English
