Mô Tả Công Việc
  • Coordinate with related departments (ASM, Team lead, PD, Activation, Marketing) to develop strategies to implement programs, communication activities to develop sales revenue
  • Maintain good relationships with Corporates to collect debt on time, control bad debt and make onsite scheduling with sales field
  • Responsible for working with the business to update the potential list of customers
  • Monthly visit ORG to maintain the relationship
  • Track the bonus of Advisors at ORG
  • Coordinate with OPS, BDS or related departments to make plan for recovering bad debt to ensure NPL of active ORG is below 1.5%.
  • Coordinate with BDS and related departments in collection the bad debt from , the ORGs temporarily ceasing to sell.
  • Open iCare center in areas of Corporates
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor or Colleague degree
  • At least having 2-3 years experience in building up relationship and negotiation with Organization corporates
  • Good experience in people management and  sales management.
  • Have good knowledge in retail market is preferable
  • Able to communicate in English (intermediate level)
  • Good problem solving, Presentation skill, Negotiation skill, Planning skill
  • Good Sales management skill, people management skill & leadership skills
  • Willing to travel
